How can I get pricing/book an event?

To inquire about any of our services or packages, please send us a message via email: sara@picnicsandgraze.com or by clicking any of the "contact" tabs on our home page. Please include your contact information (including phone number and location), the type of event, number of people, date, the package you are interested in, and if you have any specific theme in mind. Also, if you are interested in any of the add-ons, include them and we will send you a custom quote. All bookings and payments are made through our website following the instructions included in the e-mail.

What type of themes can we choose from?

We currently offer a variety of themes and styles to choose from such as Bohemian, Tropical, Pastels, Romantics, Coastal Blues, and more. Our expert stylists can work with you to customize your theme based on the type of event you are hosting and if you have anything specific in mind, we will try our best to accommodate. Our goal is to bring your vision to life! 

How do I select a location?

Picnics can be set up at the client's home, outdoors, or indoors,  public parks, beaches, and lakes of your choice (based on servicing location) or you may choose one of our previously scouted locations mentioned below.

*Please keep in mind that some parks may require an entrance or permit fee not included in the package price. Due to Covid restrictions, all picnic locations must be investigated and approved ahead of time.

Does Picnics & Graze staff stay with us during our picnic?

No, we leave after you're settled and return once your picnic reservation ends. If you need us during your picnic, you can call or text the Picnics & Graze concierge number (provided in the confirmation e-mail) and they can be on-site within minutes. 

Can we leave whenever we want?

If you would like to leave earlier than your arranged time, please give us a 30 min notice by phone call or text. You are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and pack up. 

What's your cancellation policy?

We do not offer any refunds, however, we can change your reservation date/time with a 72-hour notice free of charge. If you choose to change the date or time after that, there is a 20% rescheduling fee.

What happens if there is bad weather?

 Michigan weather can be unpredictable at times, but our best weather is from spring (April) to fall (Sept/Oct) so we have planned our outdoor picnics around those seasons. If it looks like bad weather will affect your picnic, we will contact you ahead of time to reschedule the date, time, or location. (there is no cancellation charge to reschedule your picnic due to bad weather). 


How far in advance should I book?

Just like any great venue, we do require reservations and we book up fast so it's best to reserve your date as soon as possible!
